Who can enter
Cadet and Cadet Green Fleet entries are accepted. All sailors must hold current Australian Sailing membership.

- On-site registration: Sat 18 Oct, 08:00–10:00
- Competitors’ briefing: Sat 10:00 (Sun 08:30)
- First warning: Sat 12:00 · Sun 10:00 (no signal after 15:00 Sun)
Entry fees (guide)
- Early-bird (to 23:59, Fri 3 Oct): $70 single-handed; $95 double-handed/J24/J70/VX One
- SYC member early-bird: $55 single-handed; $80 double-handed/J24/J70/VX One
- Green Fleet early-bird: $90 (includes two days of on-water coaching)
- Late entry (from 4 Oct): $105 single-handed; $130 double-handed/J24/J70/VX One
- Entries close: 10:00, Sat 18 Oct
How to register
- Open the Sail Sandy page and hit Online Entry (TopYacht).
- Select your class (Cadet or Cadet – Green Fleet) and complete skipper/crew & boat details.
- Confirm current Australian Sailing membership and accept the event terms.
- Pay the entry fee — aim for early-bird pricing before 3 Oct.
- On Saturday morning, check in on site (you’ll receive an Honorary Membership wristband for the weekend).
Handy logistics
- Boat drop-off: Fri 17 Oct, 16:30–20:00; move trailers off-site after unloading.
- Parking: Car/trailer parking at Trey Bit Reserve from 08:00 Sat; council parking around the club is ticketed.
- Facilities: Change rooms at the Lou Abrahams Off The Beach Centre; canteen plus Members’ Bar open both days.
- Presentation: After the last race on Sunday.
